CHRISTOPHER SORENSEN

Introduction

Thank you for checking out my website.

I've worked as a teacher/director at Cornell University, The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Interlochen Center for the Arts, Stagedoor Manor, Monmouth College and the Atlantic Theatre Company School.

I trained under William Esper and Edward Stern at the Rutgers Professional Actor Training Program, where I received my MFA in Acting in 1990. Since graduating from Rutgers, I've been an active member of the New York theatre community. I'm an Artistic Associate of The Present Company, producers of Fringe NYC -- The New York Fringe Festival (we were awarded the Fringe First Award at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for our production of "Americana Absurdum" by Brian Parks).

Should you be seeking someone with a passion for the theatre, a serious work ethic, and a creative approach, I would appreciate it if you would contact me.

Sincerely,

Christopher Sorensen
